In consideration of the time and expense incurred by you in preparing the
Tender Documents and examining and considering this Tender, we agree to
abide by this Tender for a period of ninety (90) day from the latest date fixed for
receiving the same as described in paragraph 7.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers
and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the
expiration of that period.
