During the working day,i have a daily routine.By the time i dragged myself out of bed and lumbered to the bathroom,my wife already washed up,prepareing breakfast .Then I eat breakfast and drive off to company.
I usually off workat 5:00 pm ,have something comfort stamach and let music swirling around me at18:00.I will emerge in gym about 19:30 and back home at 21:00.Hit a shower and go to bed.Such a dull day!
