求英语大神帮看下这两篇小日记语法错误和用词错误？

I have learnt 学习很长一段时间 保持到现在应该用完成时

for a long time 固定用法

think of 改成think that应为of 后面跟词语，that 后面跟句子that可省略

I'm not 应该改为I don't(与think 对应 ）

错别字 intereing 应该是interesting

before前面不需要at

i can't it 不知道你想表达什么。。。

I can't改成couldn't 因为是过去的事情，要用过去式

foreigner改为 foreign前者是名次后者是形容词

decide to learn：decide to do something
