I think the ernment should help: 1.It is a the ernment's duty to help the elderly as helping the poor or weak ones in society is always one of the aims of the ernment.

2.The ernment is a big anization. It can do more things for them than the charitable anizations so it should offer help. 3.Only the ernment can set up laws
regulations for the benefit of the elderly. Other anizations only ask the ernment to do it.

here are some points: 1. they are weak and frail 2.they are vulnerable to diseases and illness 3.they have contributed a lot to society when they were young so it is our duty to serve them when they are old. 4.due to illness or the decline in health
the elderly may be easily cheated
