unity 3d中导入NGUI报错。。。大神帮忙呀！！

提示编译错误，但是不知道怎么改啊，错误提示如下：

Unhandled Exception: System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.GuidAttribute' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e'.

先把NGUI拷进unity相应的文件夹目录，然后再回到软件中，右键导入。
