Frank is my favorite friend and i know him very well. Frank does exercises and rrads books every day and he never stay up late or surf the Internet,it is a kind of good healthy lifestyle. usually, his breakfast is juice and milk. they are very good for his body. but sometimes,he will have junk food three or four times a week and he never help his psrents to do the houdework........把重点已经翻译出来了，你自己看看改一下吧

Frank is one of my best friends. He does exercises and reads the book every day. He doesn't normally stay up till late at night or surf the Internet. For breakfast, he usually drinks juice along with milk. Like other kids, Frank also entertains himself by watching TV roughly once to three times a week. However, having junk food three to four times a week and refusing to do housework are his bad habits. Nevertheless, I guess no one is perfect, and we shouldn't criticise others upon the things that we are not good at ourselves.
To conclude, Frank has a decent lifestyle.
