Generation gap is an universal problem. When kids are little, knowing nothing, they have admiration for their parents. However as they are growing older and older, the sense of admiration is slowly substituted by the despise that their parents know the modern things so little that children and parents cannot be communicated well. Yet, the generation gap is diminished as the children are growing mature when the wise experiences are the valuable things that parents can provide for.
Generation is natural yet we can do something about it to mitigate its negative effects. Talking to parents more and letting them know about the things happened recently. You will then create a common ground that both you and your parents are interested in. Thus you won't be limited within a so-called different era. Why not try to overcome the generation gap! You can teach your parents to play modern games on computer! Let them know about angry bird. You might be surprised that they are just as modern as you are!
