Q: Tell us what happened to you on Friday night and how did this pop icon come in your store?
A: My asistant and i had just locked up the salon and we were getting ready to leave. And all we know is that there were tons of lights outside, and somebody knocked my door, and to let britney spears in, so i went to the locked door and two body guards and britney spears came in.

A：Randomly!

Q: Well, so what happen next when she came in?
A: She sat down in my chair, and she asked me to shave off her hair. I thought that was a joke, and I said,'you are kidding, right?' she said, no, i want my hair shaved off. so i automatically told her that she might be...and that tomorrow would be a different day, and she feel different about it. and i tried to talk her out of it.

Q:What did she say to you when you tried to talk her out of it, did you talk to anybody that was a weire thing, hey, listen, i am just not gonna take part in this?
A: I told to the body guards and said, is that ok that she's shaving her hair off, and one of them responded by saying: it's her hair, her body, she could do what she wants.
问：你劝她的时候她说什么了，你跟其他人表示过这事儿很棘手，比如说：听着，我不想卷入此事？

Esther Tognozzi（发型屋老板娘）:Her real hair is pretty short, which is about 4inches, and the rest of it is extensions.

A:She just looked like a tired little girl and she just had her mind set on what she wanna to do. She's a woman with a mission and she's just one head and did it.
