I don't think you are right. One reason is the population of Chinese-speaking people is 1.5 times than English-speaking people. But the countries whose citizens can speak English are at least fivefold (ratio between British Commenwealth and Chinese speaking countries) than the Chinese-speaking countries. Another reason why you think isn't right because you have to pass the 4th level on University English. Without that, you cannot graduate from university and impossible to apply a job. The final reason is that if you go to componites whose headquarter isn't located in China, you might be required to go abroad and negotiate with foreigners you are required to talk in English. If you don't boost English skills, you will have fewer chances than others. Base on these reasons, it's a very good decision to learn English
