9 首先要知道，most 是修饰 common 的，所以要放在它前边，而不是number.自己排除。其次，只听说过the+number,没听过反着说的。
10 B是短语，弥补
11固定短语，遵守
12讲不出，语感吧
13固定，更为重要的是
14固定，however+adj +主谓 （陈述语序）
15B是平均的。D是普通的，整句话有普及的意思。
