What is junk food? Hamburgers, French fries and chocolate are all junk food. It’s bad for our health. Do you like to eat junk food? Many children love it. But their parents don’t want them to eat too much junk food. Although the children know eating junk food is not a good habit, they still eat it. Some of them eat it every day, the others only eat it twice a week. My cusin is kind of unhealthy. He eats a lot of junk food every day, because he loves it. He never eats vegetables. He is always tired. He is very thin. I think he must stop eating junk food, and keep healthy. Being healthy is one of the most important thing in our lives. Be healthy, then you can be happy. Everyone, in order to keep healthy, let us say no to junk food!
