我想你误会我的意思了，就我个人而言，我可以答应你接受20%的deposit first for your future order, however, 我没有答应80% balance after received the BL documents. 我前面几封邮件已经很明确说了，我们只接受 before shipment，我不是从这单开始才这样操作的，是从GG以前下单给我就一直是这样，我们公司的尾款必须要在出货钱收到，工厂才能安排出货。请谅解。在尾款方面我不能给你任何promised.

Personally, I can accept 20% deposit first for your future order, however 80% balance MUST be settled before shipment.

I can NOT accept 80% balance after received the BL document. It is our company's principle that the goods could be shipped out when received the balance payment.

客户的意思应该，他会付你尾款的，出货前付。。。这里Closed ... shipped 应该是 closed to shipped? 接近出货时间的时候 付给你尾款。

所以，客户应该接受你的付款条件了。

I think you misunderstood me. I can agree that we accept the 20% deposit for you future order, but I didn't agree the 80% balance would be paid after receiving the BL documents. I have explained clearly that we only accept the 80% balance being paid before shipment. This is not only from this order, but we have been doing so since GG placed order to us. The factory will make the delivery/shipment only after receiving the balance. I am sorry that I can not give you any compromise.

客户指的是，当订单关闭，就是发货时付100%的歀。

You understood me. to my personal, i could accept your 20% not 80% deposit first for your future order after the BL documents. as i told you clearly by the email, we only accpet before shipment which is not started from you but GG. The shipment will be arranged till the final payment is received. Please understand that i can't do any promise about the final payment.
