Carrying the message “Share the peace, Share the Olympics. “ The flame will pass through Tibet, cross the Yangtze and Yellow Rivers, Travel the Great Wall and visit Taiwan and the 56 Ethnic communities who make up our society. On its journey, the flame will be seen by and inspire more human beings than any previous relay.

I am afraid I cannot prevent the whole picture of our cultural programs within such a short period of time. Actually, what we have shown you here today is only a fraction of Beijing that awaits you. Ladies and gentlemen, I believe that Beijing will prove to be a land of wonders to athletes, spectators and the worldwide television audience alike. Come and join us.

My best friend is my teacher

To be honest ,I have a lot of friends ,but in my mind ,my best friend is my oral English teacher “brind” “brind”is his English name .I recognized him by chance about six months ago .

I think he is very excellent teacher in my life .because he has a good personality and have scientific method in English .I change a lot since I started his oral English .he taught me how to study English .he often said “you must be a smart first and then high –hearted make me impressed is that “everything is nothing but self –building .previously I study English with wrong method .so I almost studied English for ten years .but I don’t learn anything .now with his help ,my English is getting better and better .so I think the method is very important for everybody to study English

.He not only strict with his student .but also very gracious .he said if you want to be success you must have excellent personality first and then you should have profession knowledge .so I am very fortunate to know him .

In a word ,he is my best teacher ,is my best friend . I appreciate him from the bottom of my heart . I believe that it is totally different .

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.
If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

After the Meiji Restoration of 1868, Japan adopted many European and American customs and institutions. Its culture today is a mixture of these influences along with traditional Japanese culture.
Japan's name in the kanji writing system is often translated as "Land of the Rising Sun", and comes from the country's location on the east coast of Asia.
