找出工资最高前三名sql语句怎么错了？

select top 3 * from gongsi order by salary desc

看你的报错显示，你用的应该是mysql数据库吧，，，，
mysql数据库中没有top，是用limit的
select * from gongsi order by salary desc limit 3
