Usually there is a big different relationship between teachers and students in high school and college. (通常,在中学和大学,老师和学生的关系有很大的不同)。I think of this based on several reasons: (我这样认为是基于如下的理由)First of all, teachers in high school are more like "parents" who have more responsibilities to take care of students (首先,中学里的老师更像是父母,他们对学生赋有更多的责任); While, students in college have more freedom than they have in high school and their teachers are their friends instead of "parents" (然而,在大学里的学生相比高中的学生有更大的自由度,老师更像是他们的朋友而不是父母).Secondly, teachers in college are mostly focused on transfer knowlege or techniques to their students because college students suppose to master a certain skill in order to successful find a good job after they graduate; By comparing to high school, teachers should pay more attention to lead a right way for conducting students' thoughts because they are still too young to make any judgement based on their experiences. (其次,大学里的老师更注重传授知识以便于学生毕业后能找到一个好工作;相较于大学,中学的老师应该更注重学生的品德教育。因为学生还太年轻不能根据他们自身的经验对事务作出正确的判断).In a word, different purposes of education in College and high school result in different relationship between teachers and students. (总之,大学和中学不同的教育目的导致了学生和老师不同的关系)

"Welcome to our middle school, boys and girls!" His voice came to our ears before he entered the door of the classroom. Then we saw a middle-aged man walk in. He was almost jumping in, his short hair moving up and down. "Hello! I'm Mr. Qu, your English teacher. I prefer you to call me Qu Sir." He began his brief introduction, wearing smiles on his face.
As he stepped onto the platform, we could see him more clearly. He was in white shirt and gray pants. But what attracted us most was his big black shoes, which associated us with Charlie Chaplin. Later it turned out that he was really something of Chaplin.
He always tried to make English fun for us to learn. He used plenty of body languages to explain the meaning of words and idioms. You can imagine how interesting his gesture would be. He jumped, waved, or even danced; he laughed, shouted, or even cried. He was just like Charlie Chaplin acting on the movie. His class was so vivid and funny that we all enjoyed a lot.
He offered us a special way to improve our English study. Unlike other teachers, he didn't assign us too much homework. Instead, he provided kinds of chances for us to practice in class.
We made stories, we played games, we role-played, and we even debated in groups. We were so interested in these activities that we all took an active part. A term was over. Our English became the best in the whole school.
He had much sense of humor. One day when he came into the classroom the student on duty asked him: "We’re just wondering why you always wear the same leather pants these days. Seems that you've worn them for a whole winter." He listened with interest, then replied with a hearty smile. "Because the pants are so caring to me that I find it hard to separate." We all laughed then.
Qu Sir was such a wonderful person. He brought us enormous joy and happiness. We all loved him very much
