我也觉得in which many cultures have boiled 可以改一下。
但楼上貌似没讲清楚，many cultures have boiled in hot pot 怎么接前半段Before our eyes的呢

而且其实还可以再修饰一下，比如：
Before our eyes is the picture of a steaming hotpot ，which is full of vary essences from cultures both at home and abroad，ancient to modern.这样其实就概括性地描述了你例举的这么多例子。

既省下了笔墨、又很精炼。这些人物例子啊，可以在正文具体地讲。开头还是简洁明了为主，主要就是解决“图片描述”。

然后最后一句没什么必要，而且Simple as the picture cartoon drawing photo表达好像有些问题，语法一定要注意啊。

个人认为第一段引出delicious and nuturitious cultural hot pot 就可以了。
