Students often have poor sights due to their hard studies.Therefore it is important for us to learn to protect our eyes in the daily life.First we shouldn't use our eyes too long because our eyes also need to have a rest.Second,when reading,we'd better keep our eyes a foot or so from the book.Third,reading in darkness or highlight may also do harm to our eyes.And we ought not to read in buses or in the bed.Finally ,we will benefit a lot if we insist to do eye exercises.I think if we pay more attention to our eyes and build a healthy lifestyle,we will always have bright eyes.
