患者60例，均为男性，

职业：干部8例，工人17例，个体8例，无业人员13例，退休5例，农民9例；
婚姻：已婚：52例，未婚8例，再婚6例，离异6例，丧偶5例。
饮酒史：7-33年，平均20.5年，初次饮酒年龄14-32岁，平均23岁，以饮白酒为主，日饮酒量80-1500g,平均465.5g。曾戒酒1次者30例，2次者10例，3次6例，5次6例，6次3例，7次2例，9次1例。
首次因酒精所致精神障碍住院36例，2次以上24例，其中自愿住院12例，强制或哄骗住院48例，住院1-7次，有酗酒家族史12例。全部患者均符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版》酒精所致精神障碍标准。
