My Habbits
I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.
I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put today's work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.
However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.
From now on I'll try to keep my good habbits, and give up the bad ones. Then I'll live better.

从现在起,我会尽量保持我的好习惯,放弃坏的。然后我的生活将会更好。

People in life, may be a good habit, will also get into bad habits. But a good habit can let a person lifelong benefit, a bad habit, learning has a lot of inconvenience to our life, and unhappiness.
I think the most the most habits should be "not picky about food good health", listen to mama said, I had dinner very frank, don't back and forth the adults to rush. The second should be "early to bed and early to rise," I don't need to family every day wake me up, because I have a small alarm clock, is to get to school on time every day. Take the third should be "polite", I met a teacher or a classmate, elders all want to say hello, or line ceremony, at home, go out to play, has notified the parents.
Of course I also have bad habits oh, just like "careless"!

However,some bad habits can spoil our lives,for example,smoking and staying up late at night,which are bad for a perpon'health.
Therefore,possessing good habits can people enjoy life better,why not change your bad nabits into possitive ones?
