Healthy life
There is a saying that health is better than wealth. It is very important for people to lead a healthy life because one cannot be happy if he is ill.
In order to lead a happy and healthy life, we should eat breakfast every morning, take in more vitamins and minerals and eat less fat and cholesterol. Secondly, we must get enough sleep because sleep is vital to good health. If we don’t have enough sleep, our memory, learning and logical reasoning will be negatively affected.Thirdly, it is most important for us to do exercises regularly. It can help control weight and maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints. Moreover, it also helps reduce risk of high blood pressure and diabetes.
Bodily hygiene is also important. We should practice good dental hygiene by brushing our teeth every morning and at night. We should visit the dentist once a year to clean our teeth.
Last of all, we should take up a hobby because hobbies are enjoyable nad relaxing activities. They help people live happier, healthier and recover better from illness.
In conclusion, if we are able to follow the above steps, we can lead a healthy life and ensure that we are free from illnesses.

I usually spend two hours doing my homework and then I will play basketball with my friend . I don't like watch TV because it is boring . I often help my mother to do some housework . There are some rules in my home , such as washing hands before eating , going to bed at ten o'clock every night and never go out at night .

A Healthy Lifestyle
If we want to live a happy and healthy life,we need to keep a healthy lifestyle.
Frist of all,we need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours. Sleep very late is bad for health, so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .
Secondly ,it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday.There is a saying: an apple a day keeps a doctor away, so it's good to have some fruits every day. Also, we need to drink enough water.
To sum up, we should keep a healthy life style.

Keep healthy is very important to us. But how to keep healthy is a problem.
As we know, healthy food gives us energy. So first, we must have enough food everyday. And we must also have the good eat habits . We should eat fresh fruit and vegetables but less meat , We shouldn't eat bad food or drink sour milk. Because they are bad for our body. We should keep the air clean and fresh that will be good for our health .
The second, we should do exersise every day . We can play basketball, soccer and volleyball or swim and skate. Swimming is good for our lungs. Walking is good for our legs, heart, and lungs.So we must do more exersise.
