Hi, I’m Li Hua. I have a problem about the tour guide in your company, she is not really helpful. I was traveling with my parents to Australia this summer. We hoped that we can spend more time on visiting more places, but actually, the tour guide drove us to a place and forced us to spend money to buy those expensive stuffs. She also forced us to pay more money, which made this trip extremely uncomfortable. We really hope that we can get our tour fee back. Hope that you we can hear from you soon and thanks a lot.
