你可以在任意一个.java文件中定义全局变量，定义成
public static final 的就可以了，比如可以在MyApplication中定义:
public static final boolean DEBUG = false;

2、在类里面建一些 public static final 的变量
3、在需要调用的地方，类名.变量名，即可调用
