关于LNGC产品颜色和密度说明

您们好！

针对贵司提出的我司近期供应的一批珍珠岩，颜色有异常现象，比重偶尔出现达到双方约定的标准上限，经过本司品质技术部和生产部共同分析，结果如下：

1、此批珍珠岩里面含有微量黑色颗粒状物质，经分析为产品中含有的Fe2O3， Al2O3和K2O等成分。据6月24日在国家非金属矿深加工工程技术研究中心物化检测所检测，其它化学成分检测结果为：SiO2为75.62%，Fe2O3含量为0.84%，Al2O3为12.47%，K2O为4.45%，Na2O为2.38%，CaO为0.80%，MgO为0.16%。根据 GTT相关要求，化学成分检测频率为每3个月进行一次，标准如下：SiO2含量大于等于71%，Al2O3和Fe2O3总含量小于等于17%，CaO和MgO总含量小于等于2%， Na2O和K2O总含量小于等于9%，检测的结果与GTT标准比较得知：此批产品符合 GTT标准要求，可以正常使用。（附：GTT标准和检测报告书各一份）

2、密度根据客户要求在行业标准范围内可以做适当的调整。如果客户需要整批产品密度轻，可以采取如下措施：第一工艺上可加大天然气流量，第二可减少预热时间，使产品变轻。密度需增大，则反之操作即可。生产时把产品密度控制在中心范围，这样可确保产品密度在中心线左右，不会达标准上线或标准下线。
