基地位置概况、
规划设计基地选址位于北京延庆妫河创意产业园内，用地约5000平方米。基地北侧为一座建筑培训学校，南侧为创意园区的活动中心。在基地选址内规划设计一处能够促进不同艺术家之间的交流、合作、互动、共享的创意聚落。

为什么做这个建筑、
首先是基于对基地现状的研究，基地是位于一个产业园内，所以现代的气息比较浓厚，而本建筑又是为艺术家和建筑师建造的，所以在艺术风格上和感觉上要合周围的现代气息相吻合，并且现在的很多建筑不绿色生态，并且没有太多的体现文化，地域，生态和创意性，所以想建造一个“聚落”式建筑，在基地选址内规划设计一处能够促进不同艺术家之间的交流、合作、互动、共享的创意聚落。紧扣“绿色”“创意”“聚落”概念，探索人与地域、文化、环境、生态、建筑相结合的策略与方法。将能源利用、现代美观、互动交流等特点呈现于该建筑中。
