By the time（或者BY+时间）后面接什么时态？做过很多题，大多数情况下是用完成时，但是我也做过有填进行时的，而下面这题答案是C，用了一般将来时，为什么？
By the time this article goes to press, I c my master's degree in hand.

通常 遇到By the time 惯性就会 选过去完成时 是因为它接的是过去式 相对来说是比较高频的考点

by the time是到···时候的意思
这里 接了现在时 结合语境 应该是 用现在时表将来假设 的情况
主句 与从句 应该都未发生 就应选C

其实把它翻译成中文 就很好理解了
