求救！电脑蓝屏0x0000000A解决方法

前几个月刚装了一个三星256的内存条，但是装之前好像也出现过一次问题，具体我也不太清楚，只是最近出现的还算比较频繁，我把蓝屏的内容抄了下来，可能会有错别字，希望哪位高手能帮帮忙～～～～ a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prerent damage to your computer. 这个错误一般是系统中存在硬件或软件不兼容导致的
1。如果添加了新硬件，检查是否插好，与原来的硬件是否兼容，如果使用了新的硬件驱动，则卸载掉装原来的
2。如果装了新的软件后出现蓝屏，则将该软件卸载，因为它与原有软件不兼容
你的则很可能是新加的内存条导致的，加新的条子必须与原来的条子同型号、同厂家、同频率，不然很可能导致互相不兼容。
