请教2个as和than比较级的问题
i have more money than you do
my money is more than that of yours
请问为什么第一句中的than后面接了谓语do,而第二句却不接is了?不是than前后需要一致么?
the governmental officials are not the same as when you were in the States Dad.
电影狸的一句话,请问as后面是不是省略了they were?as能不能只跟一个they 把were省掉,像my money is more than that of yours一样?

= I 【have】 more money than 【the money承接money而省略】you 【have为了避免与主语I后面的have重复,用代动词 do(did/does)代替】,you 后面用动词复数,时态与原句时态一致——一般现在时,所以是【do】.例如：
②Tom has more story books than Tim 【does】.
【My money】 is more than【 that=the money 】of yours
其中的that是代词,用来代替前面的不可数名词money,以保持比较对象相同.例如：
The weather in Beijing is colder than 【that】 in our area.
2、The governmental officials are not the same as【they were】 when you were in the States Dad.
你的判断很准确!是省略了【they were】!不过,这里要补充完整的话,【they were】两个词是缺一不可：只有主语,没有谓语肯定as从句就不完整；还有,前后虽然都有be动词形式,但是语义和时态不相同,因此,应该f分别出现不同的be动词形式.例如：
