摘要:自从中国移动通信公司获得工信部发放的TD-LTE牌照以来,中国移动便大力建设了有关TD-LTE的基站个数和覆盖面积。伴随TD-LTE网络的商用开始,一些网络故障也伴随而来,并导致用户的网络体验度下降。由于TD-LTE网络的优先性,对于基站的开通、设备的维护、网络的优化、故障的处理等方面技术还有所欠缺,导致基站的运营中出现了众多问题。为了解决并及时的处理这些问题,本文重点以TD-LTE网络中的掉话问题为主。通过实践和理论的结合学习发现,主要影响TD-LTE网络掉话的原因有干扰问题、覆盖问题、切换等问题。然而这三种问题任何一种都可以导致网络故障导致用户掉话,所以本文重点针对这三种掉话问题展开分析,并通过实践得到解决方案,进行相应的网络优化,达到提高网络质量提升客户满意度的要求和标准。

Abstract: since China mobile communications corporation to obtain licences issued by the ministry of TD - LTE, China mobile is vigorously construction of td-scdma LTE base station number and area covered.With the td-scdma LTE commercial began, some also accompanied by a network failure, and led to the decrease of the degree of the user's web experience.Due to the td-scdma LTE priority, for the opening of the base station, equipment maintenance, network optimization, and lacking of fault processing, etc, lead to base station appeared many problems in the operation.In order to solve and timely deal with these problems, this paper is given priority to with TD - drop words problem in LTE.Through the combination of practice and theory study, found that the main influence the td-scdma LTE interference problems, reasons towards covering problem, switch, etc.The three question, however, any kind of failure can lead to network users drop words, so this paper mainly analyses the three issues towards, and get the solution through practice, corresponding network optimization, to improve the network quality of improving customer satisfaction requirements and standards.
