首先，我们应该改掉自己身边的坏毛病。如随地吐痰、乱扔废纸、出口伤人等。不但自己不做，还要去阻止别人。每当有用完的废电池不要乱扔，应集中交给回收站处理;每当有生活垃圾要扔掉的时候，应认真地进行垃圾分类，再扔进垃圾箱内;而且我们也应当学会保护身边的动植物，一花一草，一鸟一虫这些看似不值一提的小时事都是一个城市的重要组成部分。只有我们现在从身边做起，打造文明社会，才能在奥运会期间为家乡添光彩。

其次，我们要更加努力的学习英语和更多有关奥运的知识，在奥运会举办期间，能够用英语和外国朋友们说话、交流，为外国朋友介绍咱们美丽的中国，以及北京悠久的历史和灿烂的文化，要让他们通过和每一个中国人的交流更加了解北京，了解中国。
