你的这种情况是默认菜单设置有问题，你可以这样来解决：
Tools-Options-Directories，按顺序添加以下三项：
\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\INCLUDE
\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\MFC\INCLUDE
\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\ATL\INCLUDE
