整个句子是一个并列句，由but连接。但是but后面的句子相对长一些。
In a business,状语，在企业中或者在商业活动中。you need to understand the process,你需要了解流程。随后but进行转折。but前为一部分，but后为一部分。
but后面这个句子成分略复杂些。这个句子也是一个并列句。由中间的and连接。
you end up falling love with the answer，你结束对于答案的痴迷，这是并列句的前半部分；然后and链接后半部分。后半部分应用了从句。
