Very glad to receive your last letter. You tell me that you are worrying about your weight.
Even though I don't have any experience in losing weight, I have heard that Mike has already succeeded doing so.And here I will share his experience.
First, keep an eye on your diet. Second, be active and do some exercise. Then,most important, convince yourself that you will make it and you can stick to it !
