Problem: Diarrhoea
How long: Three days
Previous treatment: You have taken some pills.
Prescription: Some medicine. Take twice daily.
Extra advice:
Drink plenty of liquid.
Avoid foods containing milk.

Doctor : how can I help you.
You: I have had diarrhoea for 3 days, it is really hurt.
Doctor : did you try to stop it?
You: yes, I have taken some pills, but it did not work.
Doctor, Well, I think you need to another medicine which is different to what you are having now.
You, thanks, can I please have the prescription?
Doctor: here you are, you need to take it twice daily, and have plenty of liquid, like water, soup etc.
You: ok, I ‘d better to go now to get the medicine.
Doctor: remember to avoid food containing milk for a couple of days.
You: thank you doctor, see you.
