万事开头难，我们往往站在起点时最纠结、最犹豫、最害怕。而一旦出发，把它当做“一日三餐”一般对待，我们便会发现时间如白驹过隙，终点一点都不遥远。

Everything is difficult at the beginning, we tend to stand at the starting point of the most entangled, the most hesitant, the most afraid. Once we set out and treat it as "three meals a day", we will find that time is fleeting and the end is not far away.

扔掉那些教人无须付出便可收获的“速成论”，低下头，沉下肩，日复一日去做。慢慢来，才是最快的。当坚持成为习惯，事情也并不是很难。

Throw away the "quick theory" that teaches  people to gain without giving, bow their heads, sink their shoulders, and do it day after day. Take your time, it's the fastest. When persistence becomes a habit, things are not very difficult.

英语学习没有捷径，学习的过程确实是枯燥乏味的。但是不要低估时间的力量，更不要停下坚持的脚步。行百里者半九十，希望大家都能不忘上进之心，脚踏实地每天去听、去读，风雨无阻，日日不辍。

There are no shortcuts to English learning, and the learning process is really boring. But don't underestimate the power of time, let alone stop sticking to it.
