电脑蓝屏（急求）

偶是菜鸟要是太复杂的话就直接告诉偶能不能重装系统吧。
电脑已经用了几年，最近没有更新配置过，开机的时候正常，到WINDOWS图标闪过之后就蓝屏了。
以下是蓝屏的内容：

另外电脑系统是WINDOWS2003
F8进去过了还是一样，BIOS应该没问题，硬盘也应该插好的主板开机的时候是一声短响 系统没备份555~~~
