山药的吃法如下:
材料准备:山药豆10克(个人口味酌情增减)、白砂糖10克、水1勺等等。
1、蒸铁棍山药吃。蒸着吃山药是比较好的,营养成分保留的最好,所以尽量蒸着吃。如果感觉比较面,没有滋味,可以蘸白糖吃,不错的。

3、炒铁棍山药。在炒铁棍山药时,注意使用小火,不要大火猛炒,容易损害铁棍山药的营养。
