一、 设计范围及其他说明
1、本分册包括余热锅炉岛检修系统,其中包括动力检修部分、人孔门检修部分。
2、余热锅炉岛主要运转平台分别设置2台动力检修箱,炉岛的每个人孔检修处设置1台人孔门检修箱。
3、本分册仅适用一般情况,如有特殊情况说明请见有关图纸。
4、本分册说明若与设计图纸内容不一致时以设计图纸为准。
二、设计依据
1、GB50052-95《供配电系统设计规范》
2、DL/T621-1997《交流电气装置的接地》
3、DL/T620-1997《交流电气装置的过电压和绝缘配合》
三、网络供电及控制
1、检修电源由400/230V AC MCC(电气)配电柜引来。动力检修部分采用400/230V AC电源,人孔门检修部分采用12/24/36V AC。
2、检修配网络供电系统采用放射式与树干式相结合的供电方式。
3、动力箱分别在“GL+0000”、 “GL+8400”、“GL+12800”、“GL+23000”设置2台动力箱。
4、人孔检修箱分别在“GL+1850”、“GL+9800”、“GL+11000”、“GL+12800”、“GL+16000”、“GL+23000”设置1台人孔门检修箱。
5、进线电缆沿电缆竖井、桥架敷设。电缆敷设方式注明外一律走桥架或穿(SC)热镀锌钢管沿钢结构(梁、柱等)明敷。
6、低压电源采用ZR-YJV-0.6/1kV型电力电缆,具体规格型号见有关图纸。
7、管路应按最近的管路敷设,设计图中布线线路仅供参考,现场施工时应减少转弯点,穿管弯曲半径不得小于电缆的允许弯曲半径。
8、具体施工参见《建筑电气安装工程图籍》有关图纸进行。
四、设备安装
1、检修箱为落地安装;人孔门检修箱为挂壁安装,安装高度为箱底距地1.2M,现场安装时可根据现场情况适当调整。
2、检修箱及人孔门检修箱安装方式详见相关图纸,安装高度均用相对标高表示。
3、施工时应严格遵守国家标准《电气装置安装工程施工及验收规定》的有关规定。
五、保护接零
1、本锅炉低压配电系统接地形式采用TN-S,检修箱进线PE线做重复接地。
2、所有电气设备及电气线路在正常情况下不带电的金属外壳均应按规程接PE线。
六、KKS编码
本册图中KKS编码为#1余热锅炉KKS编码;当表示#2余热锅炉时,只须将(=)11xxxxx改为(=)12xxxxx;当表示#3余热锅炉时,只须将(=)11xxxxx改为(=)21xxxxx,当表示#4余热锅炉时,只须次(=)11xxxxx改为(=)22xxxxx。 展开
