D1首先nod to是整体，表示 【点头示意】，不肯能拆开，就好比是一个词一样
那么Ab先排除
接着man（who、whom、which）I nodded to just now ，已经省略了先行词，那么him是画蛇添足，不用加

D2首先talk 和novel的关系，同理，是talk about，表示【谈论，谈及】
接着the novel（which、that）you talked about ，那么the novel已经充当talk about的宾语，不需要it
C不选是因为表示和书谈话...

B3A排除，belong to不用被动，【属于】anything引导的定语从句不用which，所以D排除
