就是求这个差分电路的静态工作点,共模和差摸放大倍数还有共模抑制比是吗?
Ib = (Vee - Ube) / (Rb + 2 (1+beta) * Re ) (Ube = 0.7V)
一般2 (1 + beta * Re)>> Rb
所以 Ib 约等于 (Vee - Ube) / (2 (1+ beta) * Re))
Ie 约等于 Ic = (Vee - Ube) / (2 * Re))
Uc = Ic * Rc
Ue = Ie * Re
Ad = Uo / Ui
= (Ib * beta * Rl') / (Ib * (R + rbe)) = (beta * Rl') / (Rb + rbe)
注:Rl' = Rl //Rc; rbe是输入端动态电阻 = 300Ω + (1 + beta) * 26mv/Ib
Ac = Uo / Ui
= (Ib * beta * Rl') / (Ib * Rb +Ib * rbe + 2 * Ib * (1+ beta) * Re)
Kcrm = Ad / Ai = (Rb +rbe + 2*(1+ beta) * Re) / ( Rb + rbe)
Ri = 2 * (Rb + rbe)
Ro = 2 * Rc
