that后面需要跟从句，从句就是一句完整的句子，包括主谓宾，原句里的从句少了谓语is
2.So I think it not good to watch TV in our life.
think + it + 形容词 + to do
或者So I think that it is not good to watch TV in our life.
think后加从句
no good for + somebody/something对某人/某事不好，只能跟somebody/something，不能跟doing something
