我国地方政府社会管理的创新研究
摘要：当前中国正处于社会经济的全面转型过程中，这段时期的一个突出特征就是社会矛盾的集中发生，如何妥善应对，其关键在于加强政府的社会管理创新能力，提高政府的社会管理服务水平。目前我国地方政府社会管理中存在着诸如社会管理发展缓慢、贫富差距扩大、人民内部矛盾激烈及网络新媒体带来的新问题，究其原因是传统政治文化影响、政府偏重经济建设且社会管理体制机制改革滞后，国外地方政府社会管理创新的经验为我国提供了有益的启示，在深化体制机制改革、培育社会管理多元主体、改善民生、加强法治保障建设、创建服务型政府等方面加以改进，或能成为我国地方政府社会管理创新的重要工作。
