取回来的海螺用刷子刷干净放入锅中,加入凉水和适量食盐。煮熟之后,用姜末加入醋调成姜末汁,用筷子尖头插入海螺,转圈取出,去掉海螺的脑和苦胆就可以直接蘸汁吃了。

注意事项:
1、用筷子尖头插入海螺是不要太过用力,以免插坏了海螺。
