Put up is 2" diameter for poplins and 3" diameter for twill, corrugated tube centers on individual rolls, 200 yard rolls, 180 min. to 200 max.

Quote "Offerors agree to hold firm all price offers for 60 days from the date of the live reverse auction". There are a number of clauses about holding price for 12 months. There is a clause to ask for an increase based on the Producer Price Index that needs further clarification. We have to ask for the increase and it must be within 30 days of the PPI adjustment and not later. No adjustment for an increase shall be made if the changes is less then 2% and not exceed 10%. There is an additional clause that UNICOR can also adjust the price down depending on the PPI without any minimum or maximum.
