帮忙用英语翻译一下 比较简单的英语 拜托了

新的学期开始了。说实话，我不能适应高中生活。特别是英语科目，我感觉在英语课上很困难。老师讲课太快了，我不能跟上脚步，我觉得老师把我们当成高三学生了。一个暑假的放松，使我把大部分语法，单词忘得几乎一干二净了，我希望老师多说一点中文，节奏放慢点。这仅是我的建议，希望老师不要建议。

The new term has started.Honestly speaking,I can't suit the life of middle school, especlly English subject.I feel learning English is difficulty because the teacher's speed is very fast,i can't catch up with the speed.I found the teacher have treated us sa gaosan's student.My summer holidy is very comfortoble,which made me forget a lot of grammers and words.As a result,i hope the teacther can speak more Chinese in class and can have lessons slowly.These are my suggestions,i hope the teacher doesn't care about it.

The new term has begun. I can't used to the life in the senior school ,especially in English. The reason why I have difficulty in English classes is that I can't keep pace with the teacher bescause of his fast speed. I even think that the teacher has act us as the student in senior three. Owing to a comfortable summer holiday,I have forgot most of the grammar and vocabulary. I hope the teacher will speek more in Chinese and slowdown the lessons.
