人们需要在这个复杂的社会中更好的生存，所以这就导致勒腐败的产生。
人们，特别是那些有这社会地位的当官者们就会利用自己的权利来不顾他人利益来满足自己以及自己身边的人利益。导致这种现象的原因主要有3点，第一，人们需要更多的金钱来满足自己的日常需求，第二，人们贪婪的心是无限的为了达到目的会不惜一切代价，比如买一些奢侈品来丰富自己的生活。第三，面对亲戚朋友，在处理关系的时候往往会利用自己的权利来帮助。比如面对自己亲戚朋友的就业问题，往往会更多的考虑自己的亲戚朋友，而不会把机会让给那些更有能力的人。
这样一来，对大多数人来讲是不公平的，对国家长期的发展都是不利的，第一，这样国家会有相当大的一笔资金流失，第二国家的发展得不到有效的发展。第三，得不到真正有能力的人才的帮助。
这样长时间发展下去会打倒难以估量的损失！

In recent 20 years, corruption has become so rampant in our society that it has profoundly impacted our lives.

As the economy quickly develops, competition has grown more fierce and brought greater pressure on people. Consequently corruption has become the convenient springboard for people to achieve financial success sooner, especially for government officials with high social status, who exploited public resources for their
own personal goals.

There are 3 factors that contribute to corruptions:

1. money
People need more money to support their daily needs.

2. greed
The material temptations that the society now offer
are so great that it entices people to do anything including bending rules to live luxury lives.

3. favoritism
Government officials often use their power to assist
their close relatives as well as affiliates with matters like employment, instead of picking the right
people for the jobs.

Such practices, as we know, are unjust to most of us who play by the rules, and in the long run, are detrimental to the country's development.
Corruptions threatens China's economic growth with billions of government revenues disappeared into the government officials' personal pockets. Such practices
are demotivating to talented people who are not recognized for their contribution to the development of the country.

My personal opinion on the corruption issue,
1st, lack of independent justice system that can
enforce the law without fear of retaliation

2nd, inadequate separation between government
and business. Many government officials have shares in
lucrative businesses such as coal mining, which provides perfect breeding ground for bribery, extortion and favoritism etc.

3rd, low salaries for government officials
When government officials are not paid well,
that leaves door open for corruption.

4th, lack of election system for high ranking government officials
Because all the high-ranking government are
appointed by party leaders, instead of being
elected by the public, they feel no obligation
to serve the welfare of the public. Rather they
would seize the power and access they have for
their own needs.

5th, lack of independent auditors to investigate
money laundering issues
