All metals must be nickel-free and rust-proof.
Factory must provide a guarantee letter, mentioning the merchandise does not contain prohibited substances as well as all metal parts are nickel-free and rust-proof.
On request the factory must provide a testing report on above substances made by an International Testing Institute (as SGS, Intertek, BV, TUeV).
3. If any breathable coating is required, it must be made of Hydrophilic breathable milky coating or a membrane laminated on the shell. Test report from International Institute is to provide on request for the breathable + water-proof function as per customer's required method:
4. Other standards need to be fulfilled as following:
- WR (water repellency: must be in excellent finishing. Water beads must be running smoothly on the fabric surface, no sticking or wetting on the fabric surface (DIN EN 24920 - spray test, result ISO5). Result must reach 90 before and 70 after washing.
- Anti-pilling on fleece fabric: must pass the "pilling resistance EN ISO 12945-1(4h) with minimum result grade 3-4".
- Reflective material must pass the European test EN 471.
l- MVP testing method (moisture vapor transmission): ASTM E96-BW method, temperature 23C / RH50
- WP testing method (hydrostatic pressure test): ISO 811-2000, pressure gradient at 60 mbar/min water pressure
