被客户说我写信不注意语法，打击啊！

请高人翻译下句， 语法！语法一定要非常非常对啊！

很抱歉，由于我每天的工作繁忙，在回您的邮件时没有充分注意到语法的正确性 还请您谅解！
唉，没用过简写缩写啊！

那个客人邮件上的名字显示叫：Mary Pat Mirabella
我称呼她叫 Dear Mary, 这孩子火了 ，说她的First name是Mary Pat。 说我不尊重她的名字····
然后是打字可能打快了 thank 后面的k 掉了····
结果被投诉我不注意语法。
唉，追加20分，哪位大侠帮我看看，这封是我回她的邮件，那句语法不对： Kindly inform you that I have forwarded your information to our audit department, my colleagues there will send out the check in 3 business days.
