WIN7 X64一直无法安装NET FRAMEWORK 4.0

网上的 CMD 和 REGEDIT权限方法 之类的都试过了，还是没用。安装过程会倒退然后显示安装未成功，安装过程中发现严重错误。

卸载Inte Matrix Storage Manager后再清理一遍后再装，记得注册表一起清理了。
