第一题动词seem后面的to是否为介词？因为seem为感官动词后面不定式就要省略to，那么这里题目中的to只可能是介词。这样思考思路正确么？此题答案为B
第二题答案为A，问题是我不明白为什么这里要省略to?

这道题目正确答案为B。我想不明白为什么不是A?用被动语态修饰who不是更恰当么?

1. to是介词，后加him作宾语吧。
   

2. 在英语语法中，动词不定式在系动词be后作表语时，如果主语有实义动词do 时就可以省去to。

3. only能表示出他的失望吧。

4. to blam who。who是blame的宾语。因为who提前了。
