我用汉语解释，当市场价格为21时，产品的边际收益MR=21，企业生产均衡点是MR=MC，也就是MC对应的（21,2000），此时价格高于平均总成本ATC，利润为正，企业会进入市场
当价格为12时，MR=12=AVC=MC，此时企业处于停产临界点，可以选择生产1000件恰恰弥补可变成本，也可以选择不生产，两种选择都会是负利润且亏损都为固定成本，长期来说企业数量会减少
